Sharp learned to play the clarinet, piano as well as cello at the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. She received a full scholarship towards The Boston Conservatory for her enthusiasm in school theatre. Cum Laude graduated with a B.F.A. Sharp chose to make a move into theater after completing her Cum Laude degree with the B.F.A. Sharp appeared in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel and made her debut Off Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the comedy that was interactive, Eat the Runt, she was a variety of characters. Other theatre productions include: Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp read alongside playwright August Wilson himself. Sharp's works aren't limited to screen or stage. Sharp has written and co-written several projects. Sharp is currently developing her first studio album. Sharp, who is often in front or behind camera and in the recording studio, is a fitness enthusiast. Sharp studies Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, hike and take lengthy road trips. Sharp is a part of her family living and her family in Los Angeles.
